Therefore, our Gentle Nudge® process has been designed to meet the unique needs of libraries by effectively working to recover assets while preserving patron dignity and goodwill.
How it works
We start our process once libraries exhaust their internal process. Once submitted, the library retains control over the account while we handle the legwork. With a combination of mail, email, and phone notifications, we gently remind the patron of their responsibility to the library. Once the process is resolved, patrons are unblocked and free to return to the library.
